How we do it

We work with our clients to understand what they want, and how they want it. We will be honest and practical in our approach, and help you determine how to deliver your project. Our initial consultation is free, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Once we've understood your requirements fully, we will kick things off by carrying out a measured survey and drawing up existing plans of your project.  

This is where the fun really starts and we can put the big idea down on paper! Your requirements and our design knowledge piece together the optimal proposal. If we need to tweak things, we can. This is where your dream comes to life. 

Some projects require Planning Permission, if you do, we will advice you as soon as possible. At this stage we will prepare the necessary documentation to submit for planning, and deal with any queries that may arise from the planning officers.

Your project will most likely require Building Regulations approval. At this stage we provide detailed designs and full working drawings to help meet these standards and achieve a Building Control certificate. This will outline the materials used and can be given to builder & contractors to help quote the project.

Finally, your project can start on site!

Every project is different and we adjust our services to suit our clients needs. 

We can be on hand to project manage your build, leave you to manage it yourself, or be a comforting voice at the end of the phone.
