The detached property has been radically changed to provide 5 bedrooms, through a large first floor side extension, with single storey rear extension. The end result created a fantastic open plan kitchen/diner.

Over a number years, we have provided services to modernise and extend a semi-detached family home in Kenilworth. We successfully appealed Planning Approval to enable a first floor front extension, providing additional bedroom space prior to the build of a large loft conversion room with ensuite. 

We designed and project managed an extensive back2brick refurbishment of a run down HMO in Coventry. The end result was a luxury property, with 6-ensuite rooms, achieving an extremely high yield.
